If you're not satisfied with LeadLab within 30 days of payment, we'll refund you in full. No questions asked. No forms to fill. Just send an email.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@leadlabcrm.in with:
- The email address used for your LeadLab account.
- Your payment receipt or Razorpay order ID (found in your payment confirmation email).
- Optional: reason for the refund (helps us improve, not required).
We will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card).
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 30 calendar days of the original payment date.
- One refund per workspace per payment period. We cannot process refunds for the same workspace twice.
- Refunds apply to annual subscription fees only. Trial usage is free, so no refund applies to the trial period.
What Happens After a Refund
- Your workspace will be deactivated after the refund is processed.
- You can export all your data (CSV) before deactivation by signing in and using Settings → Export.
- Data is retained for 30 days after deactivation, then permanently deleted.
GST on Refunds
Refunds include the GST component. A GST credit note will be issued via email for all refunded amounts, in compliance with Indian GST regulations.
Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of an annual subscription after the 30-day window. However, if extraordinary circumstances apply, contact us and we will consider your case.
